General Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Hartford Stamp & Office Works within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Product-Specific Returns Policies
Some items (such as Office Furniture and Custom Made Products (i.e. Stamps, Seals, & Signs) may have special returns policies. Please contact us for more information (860-249-6205).

For health reasons, Food/Drink/Medicine products should not be returned, they will not be refunded. 

Ideal® stamps are 100% guaranteed against any mechanical defect.  We will replace the unit (purchased from Hartford Stamp & Office Works) free of charge (there is a $6.50 shipping charge, to send the unit back), upon receipt of the original unit.  Hartford Stamp & Office works will not replace or refund stamps due to negligence or improper use (this includes the use of the wrong ink). 

Re-Stocking Fee
Some items may incur a re-stocking fee, if returned after 30 days.
